CEMENT BULKER SEMI TRAILER
Upper Structure. Volume : Max 45 m3.
Tank : V Type Steel sheet material : 4 mm high strength S 355 steel sheet is used.
Filter hose : row filter cloth hose is supplied for maintaining vibration inside tank.
Discharge : manual discharge is maintained by 4’’ global valve.
Layer scaffolding
We use LAYER Type Scaffolding, a modular scaffolding system that makes it simple enough to form a strong and secure structure with minimal effort. We use the Cuplock and Ringlock systems which can be built 75% faster than traditional construction scaffolding, significantly saving assembly and disassembly time and minimises costs.

Our Assessment
Ideally, a member of our safety team will visit your site and talk about your project with one of your project leads. The visit can be in-person or by video call. That way we can see things firsthand and get into the details—because that’s where the devil is. If neither of those options are available, we’re happy to do an assessment over the phone
After we’ve discussed the details of your project, we’ll write up our assessment and send it to you by email. The email will include our recommendations to reduce the transportation risk and increase the transportation safety on your project.
